I used to work on design tools that put the power in the hands of conversational design teams who are focused on creating amazing and new experiences for Intuit customers. It’s an exciting and challenging space to work in as it’s a paradigm shift that we’re still working to understand.

 

For all the simplicity we bring to users when we get the experience right, the complexity behind the scenes is like nothing I’ve seen before. Whether you’re typing with a chatbot, yelling at your car, or speaking to an assistant in your home, take a moment to appreciate when the machines (and armies of people behind them) get it right.
